Here in our society so advanced, so modern, so now we can still observe how systematically discriminates against women in many different ways .... lower wages, without respecting maternity leaves, labor exploitation in many cases, abuse, inequality in employment and promotion opportunities.
And to top it all women who work outside the home (hopefully ever have more), have to take over the family home, children, meals, cleaning and shopping. It is true that today, fortunately, the younger generations, couples try to share the tasks. Leaving behind the "bosses" who were sturdy generation after generation. Few women had the opportunity to study a career, let alone access to a decent job. But things are still difficult. Many of the women who access senior staff, plus catch up for studying certain courses, because they are daughters of ... or through contacts.
Here we cry, we cry, we demonstrate, but .. what do you think of all those millions of women who live in countries with traditions "sexist"?
